A driveway opposite number 81 Dunne Ave leads to the former Canton Ski Club site where a rope tow for down hill skiing was operated in the mid 20th century using motor vehicle engines. The associated buildings are gone, though some machinery is still visible along with wiring and wooden utility poles. The property is now owned by the Canton Land Conservation Trust. Trails afford fine views from near the ridge of the mountain.
